Marina

The 45-slip marina located in Ridge Harbor is independently owned by the Spicewood Yacht & Marina Association, L.P. The majority of members of the marina association are also homeowners in Ridge Harbor. The marina has 30 small slips, 15 large slips, and 10 PWC slips. Slips are occasionally listed for sale or rent. Inquiries should be directed to the marina  Manager.
