Amenity and Vehicle Gate Access Information

Q: How do I request a new pool fob, gate access remote, RFID sticker, parking sticker, entry code or call box listing (if applicable)?  

A: **PREPAYMENT REQUIRED**.  Log in to townsq.io to make a one-time payment for each credential you are requesting.  

  1. Pool Fobs:  50.00
  2. Vehicle Gate Remotes: 50.00
  3. RFID Headlight Tag: 25.00

Once payment has been made, please complete the attached form (at the bottom of this page) to request access devices, stickers, codes, or call box entries. 

Send your completed form to amenityaccess@goodwintx.com and the Amenity Team will send an email confirmation when your request is processed. 


Q:  How do my guests and visitors enter the community? 

A:  Guests are encouraged to use the call box for access.   

  1. Your guest will arrive at the call box, scroll through to find your name, then will press a number shown next to your name.   
  2. The call box will ring up to your phone.  
  3. You will have one minute of talk time to determine who is at the gate.  
  4. To let them in, press “9” on your phone to open the gate. 

 

Q: How do I pay for my gate access device? 

A:  Click HERE to log in to townsq.io and make a one-time payment for each credential you are requesting. 

NOTE:  Charges will not be reflected on your account until your request has been processed and finalized. 

 

Q:  My gate access device is no longer working.  What do I do? 

A:  If your remote has dead or dying batteries, please change them with known-good batteries.  NOTE: RFID stickers are non-transferrable and are destroyed upon removal.

If replacing remote batteries does not resolve your issue, please email amenityaccess@goodwintx.com.  Be sure to include your name, address, and device number in your email.
