Architectural
What types of exterior modifications require approval?
All exterior modifications or improvements must be approved through the association’s architectural control process. Please download the Architectural Guidelines and complete the required forms.
Where can I find the architectural guidelines?
The architectural modification request form is available in the Documents section of TownSq.
How do I submit an application, and how long does approval take?
After submitting your application and any required fees or deposits, the volunteer committee will review your request for compliance. Responses may take up to 30 days. Please provide as much detail as possible to avoid delays.
How can I check the status of my application?
If you haven’t received a response within 5 days, please submit a request via TownSq.
Board Meetings
How do I find out about upcoming Board meetings?
Meeting dates and times are posted in the News and Events section of TownSq. If you’ve registered your email, you’ll also receive meeting details by email.
Where can I find recent meeting minutes?
Meeting minutes are posted in the Documents section of TownSq.
Common Area Maintenance
What does the Association maintain, and what am I responsible for?
Homeowners are responsible for their own lot and property. The Association maintains all common areas, roads, and amenities.
How do I report a maintenance issue in a common area?
Please submit a request via TownSq, including a photo and details if possible. You can track your request status in TownSq.
How do I get a mailbox key?
Contact your local United States Postal Center or a locksmith if your home was purchased as a resale.
Compliance
Who do I contact about a violation notice?
Email the Compliance Department at compliance@goodwintx.com. Additional contact info is on your notice.
How do I report an issue with a neighbor’s home?
Submit a request via TownSq with a photo, the address, and details of the issue.
How often does the compliance driver visit?
Compliance drivers typically visit the community every two weeks.
Is there a list of community rules for tenants?
Find the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) at www.goodwintx.com by searching for your community. Rules and Regulations are also available in TownSq.

How do I pay my assessment?

Log in at https://app.townsq.io/login or use the TownSq app. Select your account and click “make a payment” for options including one-time or recurring payments.- Credit/debit card payments: $1.50 fee + 3.5% of payment amount

Update the payee and address to the PO Box above. Include your account number and association code (ARHP) in the memo.

January 1 each year. Late after January 31.
Why does my account show a negative number?
A negative number means you have a credit balance.
Who do I contact about past due assessments?

How do I set up a payment plan?
Email delinquencies@goodwintx.com.
What does my assessment pay for?
Assessments cover operating expenses such as utilities, road maintenance, landscaping, amenities, insurance, and more.
Where can I find my account number?
Check your billing statement or coupon book, or contact Customer Service.

How do I update my contact information or mailing address?

Resales
How do I get a lender questionnaire or resale certificate?
Order at https://marketplace.communityarchives.com/login. Pricing is available on the site.
I’m a lender and need a statement. Is there a charge?

What is TownSq?
TownSq is a mobile app and web platform for community communication, account management, news, service requests, polls, and document access.
How do I register for TownSq?
- Visit https://app.townsq.io/ais/sign-up
- Enter your Account Number and Zip Code
- Provide your email and create a password

How do I change my TownSq email preferences?
Log in, click your name in the top right, and select “Edit Profile.”
How do I submit a request in TownSq?
Log in and click the “Requests” link on the left menu.
